It delves into the importance of making clear & concise professional recommendations focusing on delivering information in a way that ensures client understanding and communicates value, thus improving compliance.
Difficult conversations are a challenging part of veterinary client communication. This workshop will focus on language patterns for delivering difficult news, discussing finances and dealing with angry, emotional clients and will include the importance of developing resilience and self-care strategies. It will ensure participants are prepared for real-life scenarios with activities, group discussions, and actionable strategies which will be integrated throughout to help attendees apply their new skills effectively in practice.
