FAQ’s

· What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for a clinical learning environment. Closed-toe shoes are required. For practical workshops, scrubs or clinic attire are recommended.

· Do I need to bring anything?

All workshop materials and equipment will be provided unless otherwise specified. You may wish to bring a notebook or device for personal notes.

· Parking

Parking availability varies depending on the workshop location. Please refer to the event page or your confirmation email via Eventbrite for location-specific parking instructions. If you have any questions prior to the workshop, please feel free to contact the Veterinary Training Centre team.

· Is there any pre-work required?

Workshops include pre-workshop learning material. This is so maximum time can be spent on the practical elements of the workshop. You will receive an email with the pre-work details prior to the workshop. We aim to have the material sent to you at least 2 weeks in advance. If you have still not received it, please email us.

· What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes before the workshop start time to allow time for registration and setup.

· Will catering be provided?

For full-day workshops, morning tea and lunch and afternoon tea are provided. If you have any dietary requirements, please inform us in advance.

· Where will the workshop be held?

The workshop location and full address will be included in your confirmation email and event details.

· Will I receive CPD points?

Yes. CPD points will be awarded based on the workshop duration and relevant registration board guidelines.

· Will I receive a certificate of attendance?

A certificate of attendance will be provided after the workshop. This will be emailed to you.

· What if I can no longer attend?

If you are unable to attend the workshop, please notify the Veterinary Training Centre team as soon as possible via email at learning@veterinarytrainingcentre.com so we can update our attendance records and manage waitlists where applicable.
